We specialize in the manufacture of molds for casting aluminum alloy wheels and steering knuckles, drawing on 30 years of experience, and supply molds for low-pressure casting (air- or water-cooled), gravity casting, and pressure die casting, as well as comprehensive services for design, manufacturing, in-house testing, and technical support.
We operate our own forging plant for mold steels, maintain our own supply of raw materials for mold manufacturing, and have complete production lines (8 t/5 t/4 t/3 t/1 t forging, ESR remelting), ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery. The 6S guidelines have been implemented in our production facilities,

Custom manufacturing of molds for casting aluminum structural components intended for the automotive industry and alternative-energy vehicles. We design and manufacture molds for suspension components, brackets, housings, and frame parts using low-pressure die casting (LPDC), gravity casting, and counter-pressure casting (CPC) technologies. Thanks to CAE flow simulation, precision machining on CNC machines, and an optimized cooling and ventilation system, our molds help customers produce high-density castings with low porosity and ensure consistent performance in mass production.

The facility is equipped with over 36 high-speed CNC machines, gantry machining centers, CMMs,and 3D laser scanners. The annual production volume amounts to 1,800 sets of components. Raw material procurement, design, mechanical machining, assembly, and testing are all performed in-house, ensuring timely product delivery and consistent quality.
